<p>上做法：海带丝焯水过凉，拌入青红椒、姜蒜末、两汤匙辣椒油、半汤匙盐、三汤匙米醋</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 那啥，海带丝我用的是海带结，一条条打开再切丝的，很肯下功夫吧？哈哈~~~其实是因为这次买的海带结都是海带头，超厚超有肉感，做凉拌很合适。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 推荐一个简单的做辣椒油方法：碗里倒花生油（分量依据自己要用的量了哈），再放一汤匙的胡椒粉、花椒粉、蒜末，两汤匙的辣椒酱，放入微波炉转1分半钟即可。</p>
<p>&nbsp; 拌了半盆，用玻璃瓶装上放入冰箱冷藏，要吃的时候拿一些很方便。冷藏后吃味道更好哦。</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;看见上面的黄黄的鸭油了吧，家养土鸭才有这样的黄油，如果是饲料养的速成鸭是没有这样的颜色的。喝的时候把浮油撇去就一点也不油腻了。放了竹蛏，很鲜很香，一点鸡精也不用放。我习惯煲汤不放盐，喝起来感觉特别鲜美，吃肉的时候蘸点生抽就可以了。</p>

<p>做法：1.葱头爆油锅，倒水烧开。牛肉切丁，用细盐、料酒腌一会，再用淀粉挂糊，倒入烧开的汤锅中，划拉开肉丁。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.青瓜切丁，汤锅再次开锅后放入青瓜。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.鸡蛋取蛋清，打散，倒入汤锅划散。放盐，胡椒粉、鸡精调味，出锅后滴香油，洒葱花即可。</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; 想着蹄筋的胶质多，胆固醇也低不了，正好也买了黑木耳，泡了一起炖。&nbsp;<img alt="耍酷" src="http://img3.pp.sohu.com/ppp/blog/images/emotion/7.gif" border="0" />&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp; 材料：黑木耳，牛蹄筋</p>

<p>做法：1.蹄筋洗干净，开水焯过，切段。木耳泡发洗净撕小朵。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.把蹄筋、木耳放入高压锅，倒料酒、老抽焖出香味。（不高压）</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.再放入豆瓣酱、干辣椒、生抽、盐、各种炖牛肉的香料，加清水没过材料，盖上锅盖高压焖煮，上汽后转小火焖煮40分钟即可。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 我常用来炖牛肉的香料：当归\丁香\桔皮\香叶\花椒\蒜瓣\姜片\干辣椒。哦，对了，还有草果和桂皮忘了放进来了。</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 锅冒汽后，香味就在厨房里肆意飘散了 ，引得女儿和她爹到厨房晃了好多次，每次进来就使劲吸鼻子&ldquo;嗯~~真香&rdquo;，哈哈~~真是可爱。</p>
